New Intra-Arrest Cooling Method May Save More Brains During Cardiac Arrest – Study Unveiled at AHA Late Breaking 'Best of Best' Presentation Shows Survival Benefit

BeneChill Raises $13.5 Million Series C

San Diego, CA – July 15, 2009 – BeneChill today announced it has closed a $13.5 million Series C financing. New investor HealthCap (Stockholm) led the financing. Series A and B investors MedVenture Associates and NGN Capital also participated. Proceeds will be used to fund early commercialization of the company's RhinoChill™ Intra-Nasal Cooling System. BeneChill Launches European Study of Intra-Arrest Cooling

San Diego, CA – February 2, 2009 – BeneChill, Inc. today announced the start of the PRINCE (Pre-Resuscitation Intra-Nasal Cooling Effectiveness) study.
